Who will be performing my service?
All services are performed by a Student and supervised by the Instructor |

| How early
before my service should I arrive?
We suggest 10
minutes prior to your appointment. This allow you to unwind, change, fill
out the client information form, and start your treatment relaxed and on
time |

How long will my service
take? All services
are performed by a Students and supervised by the Instructors. Therefore,
please allow extended time on your service |

What do I need to bring?
We are pleased to provide you with a smock if needed and a locker to store
your belongings. If having a chemical service, bring an old shirt and if
having a pedicure, bring sandals. We do have pedi-slippers available for a
small fee |

Age Requirements?
We welcome all ages. Chemicals start at age 15. Due to sharp and sometimes hot instruments small
children must be supervised in the front waiting area only unless
receiving services. Dependent or physically challenged clients must have someone accompany them
until service is complete |

Should I turn my cell phone off?
We ask that you to please silent your
cell phone Prior to entering the school, so the students in training are not distracted and instructors
can better serve you. This is an educational (school) facility |

Do I need to tell anyone
concerning my physical ailments, disabilities, allergies, or health
concerns? We
wish to assure your absolute comfort and safety while visiting our school.
A brief confidential questionnaire is required upon your arrival for all
chemicals and waxing services. Should you feel uncomfortable or
ill at anytime during your service, please advise the student and
instructor immediately |

Requesting a Student ?
Please feel free to do so. Requesting of a student is an honor for both
the student and the staff If you have a student already in mind to perform
your service, please let us know when you arrive or book your appointment.
We try to accommodate the request, but not always successful due to
student time scheduling |

Scheduling appointment?
Scheduled appointments are offered
Tuesday – Wednesday. Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday – Saturday. It is best
recommended to call and inquire about service cut off times |

Cancellation policy?
If you scheduled an
appointment and find you must cancel your appointment, please do so 24
hours prior to your appointment out of respect to our other clients and
students |
|
|
Are Gift Cards refundable?Gift
Cards are not refundable. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or
gratuities. They may be redeemed however, in the purchase of products and
retail items. After 12 months of non-use of the card, a service fee of
$1.00 per month will be deducted from the remaining balance of the card |

What type of payment do we accept?
Omega honors Visa, Master Card and
Discover and Debit Cards are accepted with proper identification |
|

How are we doing?
Omega is always looking for ways
to enhance a student learning ability and the client experience. Please
fill out the evaluation sheet available at the front desk and let us know
what we can do to make your visit more enjoyable |

Other Important Information
Pets are not permitted in the
school due to health regulations. We are not responsible for lost or
stolen items. No Smoking Policy. No Drug and Alcohol Policy. |
