| Following acceptance into the school, students must be
registered with the Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology. A $10.00 money
order from the student must accompany the registration paper.

Students who are entering into this course must adhere to the admission requirement and provide the following prior to start date |

To begin the process of receiving any financial assistance, you must complete a Financial Assistance Federal Student Application or "F.A.F.S.A."*** After you complete and submit this form, the Department of Education will send us the appropriate information to further complete the process of granting you financial assistance. |
